A Review on Submit Your Article (SYA)

Are you considering getting the Submit Your Article Gold version?

As you can see in the review below, I've used the basic Submit Your Article version for over 12 months. SYA has always been an upmarket article marketing tool, with its high PR article directories, tight editorial guidelines and wide reach. I have used it for many websites and a consistent effort has always delivered great links that have improved my SEO, as well as additional traffic from the articles.

However, the new SYA Gold standard did not meet my expectations.

The advanced article leverage function is cumbersome to use - all the spinning has to be done by hand which takes a long time, not to mention a fair bit of practice. With advanced article leverage the quality of some articles is also diluted, the approval times have become longer and the rejection rates are higher.

I am now trialling using SYA Gold in combination with The best Spinner to see whether we can save time when submitting and re-writing articles.

All in all, I highly recommend the standard version of Submit Your Article, but recommend you stay away from the SYA Gold upgrade for now!

Furthermore, I have already tested many articles marketing software. What I consider to be the best of all is SubmitYourArticle.com or SYA. It’s really great! It is mainly an article directory and an article submission service. While it automatically distributes articles to certain article publishing sites, nevertheless it requires a prior registration on these article directories where the logins and passwords are saved on SYA interface.

Some of those articles directories are ezinearticles.com, articlebase.com, goarticles.com, articlealley.com and ideamarketer.com to name a few.

Moreover, some article directories allow readers to take articles and post them on their personal websites or blogs on the condition they maintain the links included in these articles.

The feature that I mostly like in SYA is its spinning function or “Article Leverage” as described in SYA. It’s very user friendly and easy to use. You only need to enter one or more variations of randomly selected sentences. Afterwards, SYA submits a unique version of your article to each article directory which results in more fresh content with links to your site and eventually better SEO results.

On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that SYA doesn’t permit a direct promotion of your business or product but rather writing about useful information pertinent to your business field. For instance, if you have a book about losing weight you can talk about the latest scientific discoveries on this issue.

Besides, you have to stick with Ezine Articles’ norms that are a well written good quality article with at least 400 words.

As mentioned above, SYA’ spinning function is very easy to use. The program randomly selects sentences where you can write as much variations as you wish (up to 10). And in case you want to skip one sentence without writing a relevant variation you just click on “save and next sentence” and the program will propose to you another sentence to rewrite. Finally, once you’re done, you can still amend manually from the text any rewritten sentence.

The main drawback in SYA is that it doesn’t permit a link directly in the body text but rather in the resource box. What I do is access my Ezine Articles account and insert the link from there to my article. After all, the benefit of backlinks is really worth the additional effort!

Moneywise, Submit Your Article may not be a low-priced program; nevertheless if you’re looking for an efficient way to increase traffic to your money page through backlinks then it’s really a good investment.
